🥶 If you can’t find what you need (especially cold items), check the fridge!
If you have space, you can move your meals to your fridge in your room.
We’ll also have chips, yogurt, and more — help yourself!
☕ JUDGES ROOM — Beethoven Room
Snacks, coffee, and drinks available all day.
🍽️ Friday Dinner: in a cooler inside this room.
⚡ A microwave will be available (in this room (if possible) or in the hospitality room and in the hallway of our room block floors).
💃 PRO-AM JACK & JILL
🗓️ Sunday | Starts at 1:15 PM
➡️ Leaders first, then followers.
🎓 WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are leveled based on WSDC points.
Dancers can do auditions on Friday or Saturday to move up a level.
Some classes are mixed-level — please take this into consideration.
After each leveled workshop (except “All Levels”),
👉 Ask your students to clear the room so volunteers can check levels for the next group.
🕒 Workshops are 50 minutes (recap included).

Fundamentals: New to WCS or refining basics for Newcomer/Novice

Level 2: Minimum 5 Novice points

🎉 WELCOME PARTY

A fun 30-minute dance mixer — short songs, rotations called by the MCs.
If you can join and dance, it will make the experience magical for everyone. 💫

🗓️ Saturday | 9:00 PM
All-Canadian Jack & Jill — FREE for STAFF — wear your plaid shirts or accessories!
We encourage everyone to join and have fun with attendees.
If you’re scheduled to judge but want to dance, let us know.

🕺 PRIVATES
The two floors in front of the VIVALDI ROOM are available all weekend for practice and private lessons.
The VIVALDI ROOM itself is reserved as a kids room, but may be used for privates if no children are present.
📹 VIDEO POLICY
Attendees are free to record anything, including recaps at the end of workshops.
🎥 For intensives, videotaping is at the discretion of the instructor(s).
